摘要
本文提出了腐植酸植物生长刺激素中羧基和酚羟基的测试方法。该方法重复性好,其总酸性基测定的最大标准偏差为0.04mmol/g,变动系数为0.8％;羧基测定的最大标准偏差为0.04mmol/g;变动系数为2.1％。
The method which can be used in the determination of oxatyl and phyneolhydroxy group in plant-grouth stimulus named humic acid shows good repeatability in this article. The maximum of standard deviation of its total acid radical content is 0.04mmol/g. its varying coefficient is 0.80％. The maximum of standard devialtion of its carboxyl content is 0.04mmol/g. and varying coefficient is 2.1％.
