流感病毒毒力评价指标的研究

为了在流感防治的研究中确立可靠、有效的流感病毒毒力评价指标 ,实验对鼠肺敏感株的EID50 和LD50 进行了测定和比较。结果可见 ,EID50 较LD50 更能反映病毒的感染力。因此 ,可用EID50 作为流感病毒的毒力评价指标 ,并建议将动物的平均死亡时间作为一个重要的毒力指标。

Establish an available?true guideline for virulence of influenza virus.EID-{50} with LD-{50} of the Flu virus aliveness for mouse lung. EID-{50} is the better than infectiousness of the flu virus and suggest that average time for died should be an important guideline for virulence of Flu virus.;
