摘要
用基因枪和电穿孔法将B型流感病毒DNA疫苗免疫BALB/C小鼠 ,实验证明B型流感病毒HA ,NADNA疫苗能有效抵御致死性同源B型病毒感染。同时实验表明 ,基因枪方法较电穿孔法诱导抗体水平略低。
BALB/C mice were immunized with influenza B DNA vaccine using gene gun or electroporation methods. The results show influenza B virus HA and NA gene can provide protection against lethal homologous virus infection. The experiment also demonstrated that the Ab titer in gene gun group is slightly lower than that in the electroporation group.;
