摘要
采用我国流行的柯萨奇B4病毒 (CB4V)感染swiss小鼠 ,建立I型糖尿病的动物模型 ,并观察干扰素对CB4V引起的I型糖尿病的保护作用。结果表明 ,80 %的小鼠在感染后 72h出现低血糖 ,血糖在 (90 .87±8.2 6 )mg/L范围之内 ,6~ 8周全部发展为高血糖。糖刺激的胰岛素释放量在感染后 72h增加 ,但至 3~ 8周明显低于正常对照组。在用CB4V感染小鼠的同时给予干扰素 ,目的在于观察干扰素对CB4V攻击胰岛 β细胞的保护作用 ,结果经干扰素治疗后的感染小鼠 ,当给干扰素到 6周 ,80 %小鼠血糖在 (118.6 6± 5 .73)mg/L范围之内 ,而低糖与高糖刺激下的胰岛素释放量分别在 (18.34± 3.5 0 )uIU/mL ,(31.5 1± 4 .71)uIU/mL范围之内 ,均与正常对照组无差异 (p >0 .0 5 )。
Swiss mice infected with CB-4V,which is epidemic in China,were used to establish and induce animal model of tyre I diabetes mellitus and observe the protective effect of interferon on the disease.The results indicated that hypoglycemia appeared in 80% of the mice at 72h p.i.with blood glucose level at(90.87±8.26)mg/L,and hyperglycemia in total mice from 6W to 8W.Insulin secretion level was increased after stimulation of glucose at 72h p.i.however it was decreased from 3W to 8W as compared with controlled group. Interferon was given to the mice at the same time of CB-4V infection,to observe its protective action on βcell which is the target of CB-4V.The results showed that blood glucose level was at(118.66±5.73)mg/L in 80% of the therapeutic mice by Interferon in 6W p.i.,and Insulin secretion level stimulated by hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia was at(18.34±3.50)uIU/ml and(31.51±4.71)uIU/ml respectively,which showed no differentce with the controlled group(p>0.05).;
