PREPARATION OF CARBON MOLECULAR SIEVE

本文简要介绍了碳分子筛空气变压吸附原理,提出了以双鸭山褐煤和焦油为主要原料制备碳分子筛的工艺路线,并考察了碳化及均孔条件对产品空分性能的影响。

In this paper the principle of air separation of carbon molecular sieve by swing pressure absorption is briefly introduced carbon molecular sieve were prepared from brown coal and tar. The effect of carbonization temperature, time of constant temperatre, heating rate and blocking pore on the ability of air separation is studied.
