摘要
本法采用8-羟基喹啉在pH=8.5时与锌生成沉淀,然后加入萘的丙酮液,生成的微晶萘吸附8-羟基喹啉锌,使锌与人发中Ca、Mg、Cr、Pb等分离,经富集后,将此沉淀物在高温炉中(480℃)烧2h,破坏有机物,酸溶后,调pH=12,在明胶中加入8-羟基喹啉,使之与锌生成荧光络合物,用荧光光度计在激发波长100nm,发射波长500nm处进行测定,其方法回收率为93%以上,标准偏差为0.7%,变异系数为5%。
The method utilizes the reaction of 8-hydroxyquinoline at pH=8.5 with Zn^(2+) to give a precipittate aud the following addition of an acetone solution of naphthaline. Zine 8-hydroxyquinolinate is adsorbed on the microcrystalline naphthaline formed,resulting in separation of Zn from the Ca, Mg, Cr and Pb in human hair. Then, the precipitate is ignited in a furnace at 480℃ for tow hours to decompose organic matter.After acid dissolution, pH is adjusted to 12, 8-hydroxyquinoline is added to gelatine and reacts with Zn^(2+)to form a flourescent complex, which is determined by fluorescence spectromety at an extinction wavelength of 400 nm and emission wavelength of 500 nm. Recovery rate of the method is>93%,standard deviation is 0.7%, and variation coefficient is 5%.
