Challenges and Counter-measures in Ideological and Political Education Raised by E-governments

电子政府是对政府办公方式的革命。它不仅意味着政府办公要进一步地公开和透明 ,而且更意味着政府要通过网络去处理属于其管辖范围内的公共管理事务 (包括思想政治教育 )。政府的网上办公 ,必将改变政府长期以来形成的思想政治教育的模式 ,给思想政治教育带来严峻的挑战。为了增强电子政府的思想政治教育功效 ,本文旨在分析电子政府给思想政治教育带来的挑战 。

E-governments are revolutionizing traditional governing methods. That means governing more openly and fairly. The government will deal with public affairs (including Ideological and Political Education), by means of networks. As a result, governing by networks has reformed and challenged the long-term traditional methods in Ideological and Political Education. As for it, this article aims to analyze it and put some advice on how to face the challenge in order to improve the methods in Ideological and Political Education.
