Every University and College Should Run Its Own Monthly Literary Journal

本文从加强大学生人文素质教育的角度 ,探讨了高校自办文学月刊这一课题 ,即强化写作教育、文学教育 ,提供发表阵地 ,筹措办刊经费 ,以及编辑、刊号和办刊导向等等。

For the purpose of developing the humanistic quality of college students, this article suggests that every university and college should run its own monthly literary journal to offer a forum for training the students' writing and cultivating their literary quality as well. It is also helpful to raise fund and direct the orientation of the journal.
