The creative talents are the main part in the knowledge-based economy in the 21st Century. Each country in the world pays high attention to the training and study of creative talents. In training the creative talents, the quality-oriented education must be strengthened. The author studies the basic quality that the creative talents must have, such as the quality of pluralistic value on the life, the different mode of thinking, the rich imaginative power, the variety of individual character and the comprehensive knowledge structure in various subjects.
