摘要
试验结果表明:菲律宾蛤仔浮游幼虫试验密度为5,10,15,20个/ml,各组幼体的平均日生长速度依次为18 7,12 1,11 2,8 3μm,成活率依次为88 0%,82 0%,79 8%,50 4%。综合分析认为,菲律宾蛤仔浮游幼虫在生产中育苗密度以10个/ml,15个/ml较为适宜。
Four 40-m3 tanks and four 80-m3 tanks were stocked with larval Ruditapes philippinarum at a rate of 5,10,15,or 20 individuals/ml to determine effect of stocking density on survival and growth.It was found that the daily increment in body length was 187,121,112 and 83 μ m in the stocking densities above,respectively.In the experiment,survival rates decreased with increase in stocking density,that is ,880%,820%,798%,and 504Results indicate that 10~15 individuals/ml is the optimal stocking density.
