摘要
基于在水介质中Cu2+对H2O2氧化甲基橙有催化作用,文章提出一种测定痕量铜的新方法。在此法中Cu2+的浓度在0.02~1.25(μg/25ml)范围内与ΔA呈线性关系,测得反应表观活化能Ea=36.92kJ/mol。此法可用于自来水和试剂中铜的测定。
A new method for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) is proposed in (H2O+HCl) medium that can catalyse the oxidation of methyl orange by hydrogen peroxide. The Cu2+ detection limit in this method is 0.02~1.2 5(μg /25 ml) .The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 36.92 kJ/mol. This method is used for the determination of copper in water and pure reagent, which gives us a satisfactory result.
