将野生和养殖的暗纹东方鱼屯不同组织处理后投喂小白鼠,结果表明:30min高压或45min烹饪的方法可将毒性降至安全范围内。15min高压、60℃烘干或煮沸均不能除去毒性;野生河鱼屯的卵巢毒素含量较高,小鼠食后1h就急性死亡,小鼠摄食肝脏后出现显著中毒现象;养殖河鱼屯的卵巢和肝脏的毒性较野生河鱼屯小。小鼠摄食河鱼屯的肌肉、鱼皮和精巢后正常,均无中毒反应。
Toxic response of the mice fed puffer fish tissues treated with various methods was determined.Toxicity of the fish liver decreased,even safe,after 30 min pressure heating or 45 min cooking.The ovary and liver containing high percentage of toxic matter caused an acute death of mice fed them an hour later.On the other hand,there was no significantly toxic symptoms in the mice fed muscle skin or testes from puffer.
