Optimization of chamber lid opening/closing system for CDQ charging device

针对干熄焦装入炉盖运行过程中出现的设备隐患,通过技术改造从根本上解决了电动缸运行卡顿、下线频率高的问题,实现了结构、功能、运行参数上的优化,最终消除了影响设备稳定运行的因素。

In view of the incipient fault during operation of CDQ charging device,technical reconstruction is done to root out the blockage or stall of the running electrical cylinder so that frequent off-line maintenance can be avoided and optimization can be realized in terms of structure,function and operating parameters till a faultless stable running of the system.
