摘要
分析了推焦电流和推焦阻力之间的关系,确定推焦最大阻力的位置。分析推焦阻力和平煤杆退回阻力的构成,分别计算不同的分力,获得的理论计算结果可指导推焦机的工艺设计和设备选型。
This paper analyzes the correlation between pushing current and the pushing resistance to determine the position at the maximum pushing resistance.The mechanism of pushing resistance and leveling bar returning resistance is also analyzed to respectively calculate component forces.The theoretical calculations can be used as guidance for process design and equipment selection for the pusher machine.
