摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件对直接蒸氨和间接蒸氨工艺进行了数学模拟,在得出模拟结果的同时,还比较了2种工艺的设备选型及造价、工艺能耗和运行经济性。经比较,直接蒸氨工艺在设备投资和能耗方面具有优势,但间接蒸氨工艺的运行成本更低。
This paper simulated direct and indirect heating ammonia water distillation process by using Aspen Plus software.The simulation results were presented.Moreover,the equipment selection&cost,process energy consumption and operation economy between direct and indirect heating distillation were also compared.In conclusion,direct heating distillation had less equipment investment and lower energy consumption.However,indirect heating distillation had lower operation cost.
