小缸径低速机电控喷油器控制阀动态响应研究

摘要 小缸径低速柴油机的燃油喷射由喷油器的电磁控制阀直接控制,控制阀的动态响应性能对喷油特性有较大影响。利用AMESim仿真平台搭建了小缸径船用低速柴油机的电控喷油器模型,采用间接标定法并结合喷油器设计要求说明了模型的准确性。在典型工况下研究了控制阀杆最大升程、控制阀运动件质量和残余气隙对控制阀动态响应的影响规律,并得出以下结论:电控喷油器的非线性控制区间为0.3~0.4℃A喷油脉宽;随着控制阀杆最大升程、控制阀运动件质量和残余气隙的增大,控制阀上升速度逐渐减小;控制阀下降速度随着控制阀运动件质量的增大而减小;控制阀下降时刻随着残余气隙的增大依次提前。 Fuel injection of small bore low-speed diesel engine is controlled by electromagnetism control valve directly. The dynamic response of control valve has great influence on injection characters. The model of electronically-controlled injector for small bore lowspeed diesel engine was established in AMESim environment, and it showed the model was accurate through indirect calibrating and designing requirements. In typical condition, influences on control valve's dynamic response of control valve rod maximum lift, moving parts mass and residual gap were analyzed. It showed that the injector's non-linear control region was 0.3~0.4 ℃A injection pulse width; with increase of control valve rod maximum lift, moving parts mass and residual gap, the rising speed of control valve was smaller; the falling speed decreased with increase of moving parts mass; the moment of dropping of control valve was ahead with increase of residual gap.
