摘要
发动机冷试是一种对发动机各系统进行综合测试的全自动在线检测设备,具有测试时间短,精度高,成本低,污染少等优点。阐述了发动机冷试的基本原理、系统结构和测试项目。通过发动机冷试技术,可以准确地筛选出机油压力低的发动机,运用鱼刺图分析法,对影响发动机机油压力低的各因素进行系统分析,最终确认根本原因是裙架铝屑卡死机油泵泄压阀,并制定有效纠正措施。
Engine cold test is a kind of automatic online testing equipment,which can test various systems of the engine comprehensively. It has the advantages of short test time, high precision, low cost, less pollution and so on. This article elaborates the basic principle, system structure and test items of engine cold test. By engine cold test technology, low Lubricating oil pressure engine can be filtered out. Using method of fishbone diagram, we analyze the factors affecting the low oil pressure in detail, and ultimately identify that the root cause is the aluminum alloy scrap in the bed plate that jams pump relief valve. Effective corrective measures are also made.
