燃油温度和环境温度对甲醇低压喷雾的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过一台高速摄像机,在定容弹内分别对15、25、35、50、60、70和80,℃的液体甲醇,在20、30、40、50和60,℃的环境温度下开展了喷雾特性研究,并使用三维激光多普勒技术,测量了不同甲醇温度下喷雾的粒径大小.结果表明:随着甲醇温度的升高,其雾化质量提高,喷雾液滴直径减小,喷雾锥角增大,甲醇温度为80,℃时,出现超临界闪蒸喷雾现象.另外,当甲醇温度低于60,℃时,贯穿距随喷醇压力的增加而增大;甲醇温度高于60,℃时,随着喷醇压力的增加,喷雾贯穿距先增大后减小.与此同时,随着环境温度的升高,甲醇雾化质量提高,喷雾贯穿距先增大后减小,而喷雾锥角则逐渐增大. The effect of fuel and ambient temperature on low pressure methanol spray characteristics was investigated using a high speed camera in constant volume vessel. And the diameter of droplet was also measured using 3D laser doppler technology under various methanol temperature. Fuel and ambient temperature range from 15,℃ to 80,℃ and20,℃ to 60,℃ respectively. The results show that,with the increase of fuel temperature,the atomization quality of methanol is improved,and the diameter of spray droplet decreases,meanwhile,spray cone angle increases. However,when the temperature of methanol reaches 80,℃,supercritical spray occurs. At the same time,when the temperature of methanol is lower than 60, ℃, spray penetration increases with the increased injection pressure.However,when methanol temperature is higher than 60,℃,spray penetration first increases and then decreases with the increase of injection pressure. The atomization quality of methanol is also improved with the increase of ambient temperature,and the spray penetration first increases and then decreases,while the spray cone angle increases gradually.
