摘要
为有效分析发动机前端附件带传动系统的力矩损失及其影响因素,提出了一种计算多轮带传动系统力矩损失的"带-轮单元方法".首先简要阐述了该方法的原理,即将一个多轮带传动系统划分为若干个带-轮单元,然后通过两轮带传动系统的试验或仿真计算而拟合带-轮单元传动阻力表达式,最后通过带-轮单元传动阻力的累加得到原多轮系统的力矩损失.方法的关键在于带-轮单元传动阻力表达式的构建及带-轮单元传动阻力的累加.以某发动机前端附件皮带传动系统为对象,应用上述方法计算得到了空载工况下系统的力矩损失,并与台架试验结果相对比,验证了所提出方法的正确性和可靠性.
A simulation approach,named as 'belt-pulley element method' was presented,aiming at the analysis on the torque loss and its influential factors in engine front end accessory belt drive(FEAD)system.The principle of this method was put forward,and a multiple-pulley belt drive system is divided into several belt-pulley elements.The belt-pulley element's rolling resistance formula is obtained by tests or dynamic simulations on some two-pulley belt drives.Assembling the rolling resistance of the belt-elements results in the torque loss of the original drive.The key step of the method lies in the belt-element rolling resistance regression equation construction and the reasonable assemble of the belt-element's rolling resistance.Take an actual FEAD system as example,the method determines its torque loss running without accessory loads.Comparisons between the calculated torque loss and its counterpart obtained from tests show that the method is accurate and reliable.
