摘要 目前,内燃发电机组联轴器的匹配策略主要针对稳态均衡工况.但在内燃发电机组实际运行中,内燃机可能会在非均衡工况下工作,并且往往因非均衡工况导致联轴器破坏等轴系故障.因而提出一种在均衡和非均衡工况下内燃发电机组轴系都具有良好扭振性能的联轴器新匹配策略.以某型内燃机车的内燃发电机组轴系为研究对象,采用仿真分析方法详细探讨了轴系联轴器新匹配策略的优越性;同时对采用新匹配策略的轴系进行了扭振测试,结果表明:匹配变刚度联轴器后,轴系在稳态均衡工况和非均衡工况下各部件扭振响应均得到有效控制,验证了新匹配策略的有效性和实用性. At present,the matching strategy of the couplings for internal combustion generating set is mainly aimed at the steady conditions.But in actual operation,the internal combustion engine would work under unbalanced conditions,leading to the damage of shafting.To solve this problem,a new matching strategy was proposed to match the coupling of internal combustion generating set for better torsional vibration performance under both balance and unbalanced conditions.An internal combustion generating set for diesel locomotive was taken as the research object and the advantages of the new method were verified by simulation and comparative analysis.Experiments was carried out on the torsional vibration of the shafting with the new coupling matching strategy and the results showed that the torsional vibration response of the shafting under balance and unbalanced conditions is effectively controlled by matching the variable stiffness couplings,which verifies the effectiveness of the new matching strategy.
