煤焦油管道腐蚀原因的探讨及应对措施

本文主要分析了煤焦油管道腐蚀发生的机理及防治措施。煤焦油管道腐蚀的原因主要有氯离子导致的点蚀、溶解氧引发的腐蚀、高速流体和游离碳造成的腐蚀、湿硫化氢引发的腐蚀、微生物引发的腐蚀,固定铵盐引发的腐蚀等。针对以上原因,可以采取加入钠盐、焦油静置脱水、焦油除渣、改进蒸馏工艺等防治措施。

This paper analyzes the mechanism of coal tar pipeline corrosion and control measures. The main reasons of coal tar pipeline corrosion include pitting caused by chloride, corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen, corrosion caused by high velocity fluid and free carbon,corrosion caused by wet hydrogen sulfide, corrosion caused by microbiology and corrosion caused by fixed ammonium salt. The controlled measures of coal tar pipeline corrosion are: adding sodium salt, dehydration of tar through setting, tar slag, improving distillation process,and so on.
