摘要
某轻型国V柴油发动机车型在冬季试验时发现EGR冷却器气侧出口结焦,导致排放故障灯亮,发动机限扭。通过分析EGR冷却器选型工况和标定策略发现:(1)轻型汽车EGR冷却器选型除考虑额定工况外,更需重点考虑部分负荷工况。该选型方法能够在满足排放目标的前提下,减轻对EGR冷却温度的苛求,并最大程度降低结焦堵塞风险。(2)根据EGR冷却器废气出口冷凝温度限值建立EGR旁通阀启、闭模型,可进一步降低结焦风险。
The outlet of the diesel engine EGR cooler exhaust gas side was fouling at the winter test, leading to the check engine light and torque limited. Through analyzing the selection conditions and calibration strategy, founding that:(1)the selection conditions of the light vehicle EGR cooler consider not only the rated conditions, but also low speed and low load conditions. The method can reduce the EGR cooling temperature demanding and reduce the risk of fouling on the premise of meeting the emission regulation.(2) EGR bypass valve opening and closing model is set up according to the recirculation gas condensation temperature limits, to avoid fouling problem at all conditions fundamentally.
