摘要 针对风冷螺杆机组,螺杆压缩机在运行时,会产生较大的噪声污染,为了降低螺杆压缩机的噪声值,需要测试不同方案下隔音降噪材料的效果,本文通过对比不同降噪措施的方式优劣,并进行对比实验、频谱分析,从而找出一种针对风冷螺杆机组的高效降噪方案,并应用于整机,确保机组噪声能够满足周围环境要求。 The screw compressor for the air-cooled screw chillers will produce much noise during operation. Targeting at this problem for reducing noise, it is required to test the noise reduction effect of different noise reduction materials. This paper compares merits and demerits of various noise reduction measurements through contrast experiments and frequency analysis, and then figure out an optimal noise reduction plan for the air-cooled screw chiller, making sure noise level of the unit meeting surrounding environment requirements.
