摘要
研究了FANUC0iD系统PMC信号的分类及传送方法,以数控机床手轮进给控制为例,介绍了手轮进给轴的选择及手轮倍率控制的PMC程序编制方法。以快速进给倍率控制为例,介绍了手动快速进给倍率PMC程序编制方法。通过PMC程序调试,实现了相应控制功能。
The classification and transmission method of PMC signal in FANUC0 iD system are studied. Taking the handle feed control of NC machine tool as an example, the programming method of PMC program for handle rate control and the selection of handle feed axis are introduced. Taking the fast feed rate control as an example, the programming method of manual fast feed rate PMC is introduced.Through debugging the PMC program, the corresponding control functions are realized.
