数控回转工作台用电磁盘式制动器的原理和性能分析

摘要 数控回转工作台作为数控机床关键功能部件,在装备制造业界受到高度重视。传统的制动系统结构型式主要有机械式、气动式、液压式、气液混合式。电磁盘刹车夹紧式数控回转工作台是数控铣、钻、镗床和加工中心上作为第四轴使用的关键功能部件,采用多个电磁盘实现刹车夹紧,其安装两个主刹和两个副刹共四个电磁刹车盘来实现转台刹车夹紧,刹车转矩可达5000N·m以上,改变了传统的液压(或气动)刹车夹紧原理。 As a key functional component of numerical control machine tools,numerical control rotary worktable is highly valued in the equipment manufacturing industry.The traditional brake system structure mainly includes mechanical type,pneumatic type,hydraulic type and gas-liquid mixed type.TLWK1000 large numerical control rotary worktable is a key functional component used as the fourth shaft in numerical control milling,drilling,boring and machining centers.It adopts a vertical and horizontal dual-purpose structure,and multiple electric disks realize brake clamping:four electromagnetic brake disks are installed for two main brakes and two auxiliary brakes to realize brake clamping of large turntable,with brake torque greater than 5000 Nm.The traditional hydraulic(or pneumatic)brake clamping principle is changed.
