变速箱壳体是常见的箱体类典型零件,其结构形状较复杂,加工精度要求高,工艺设计难度大。变速箱壳体的加工主要在数控铣床或加工中心进行,数控加工工艺是采用数控机床加工零件时所运用各种方法和技术手段的总和。基于产品零件的结构形状、尺寸要素和技术要求制定加工工艺,对实际生产有借鉴意义。
The gearbox case is a typical part of the common box type.It has many steps in structure and shape,requires high processing accuracy,and is difficult in process design.The processing of gearbox case is mainly carried out on NC milling machine or machining center.The NC processing technology is the sum of various methods and technical means used in parts processing by NC machine tools.Based on the structural shape,dimension elements and technical requirements of product parts,the processing technology is formulated,which can be used for reference in actual production.
