摘要
气缸套特殊的工作环境,要求气缸套除了应具有足够的强度、刚度和耐热性能外,还应具有较好的耐磨损性能。为了满足以上要求,本文提出研究了一种含有元素B、P的贝氏体基体合金灰铸铁,在不同温度下保温不同时间后,对各状态试样进行拉伸试验和硬度测试。另外,对该B-P贝氏体基体合金灰铸铁和常用材质贝氏体基体合金灰铸铁进行摩擦磨损性能对比试验。试验结果表明:该B-P贝氏体基体合金灰铸铁在540℃保温3h后,抗拉强度和硬度最高,基体组织为贝氏体、断续网状的含硼碳化物和磷共晶的复合组织,其耐磨损性能显著优于贝氏体基体灰铸铁。
The special working environment of the cylinder liner requires that the cylinder liner should have not only sufficient strength, rigidity and heat resistance, but also good wear resistance. In order to meet the above requirements, a bainite matrix alloy grey iron containing elements B and P was studied. After holding at different temperatures for different periods of time, the tensile test and hardness test were carried out on the specimens in each state. In addition, the friction and wear properties of the B-P bainite matrix alloy grey cast iron and the commonly used bainite matrix alloy grey cast iron were compared. The results show that the B-P bainite matrix alloy grey cast iron has the highest tensile strength and hardness after holding for 3 hours at 540℃. The microstructure of the matrix is bainite,discontinuous network boron carbide and phosphorus eutectic composite structure. And its wear resistance is significantly better than that of bainite matrix grey cast iron.
