动车组铝蜂窝间壁落球冲击研究

摘要 在动车组车内结构铝蜂窝间壁的落球冲击仿真分析中,因其材料为复合材料,不能直接给出具体的几何特性和材料特性,为了更有效的对其进行落球仿真分析,通常将铝蜂窝板进行等效处理。本文通过对铝蜂窝间壁样块进行了落球冲击试验,采用等效板理论对铝蜂窝间壁样块进行了落球冲击仿真分析,并将试验数据与仿真结果进行了对比,为车内复合结构的研究提供了可靠的依据。
