摘要
基于中国船级社关于船舶气体燃料发动机的规范及指南要求,对内河船舶柴油机升级改型为双燃料发动机关键系统及技术方案进行了系统分析研究,主要对升级改型双燃料发动机的总体原则、燃烧及配气正时系统、储气罐及汽化器系统、气体燃料供应系统、气体燃料调节混合系统、发动机本体改型系统、控制检测系统、安全保护及机舱检测通风系统等关键系统进行介绍。通过以某渔政船舶的改造技术研究,提出了一种安全性高、可靠性强、自动化程度优、实施性强的柴油机升级改型双燃料发动机的技术方案,可以作为今后节能环保动力船舶建造或升级改型的设计和使用提供重要参考。
Based on the specification and guideline for marine gas engine from Classification Of China, this article did some analysis and research systematically on key system and technical scheme of upgrading and transforming inland river marine diesel engine into dual-fuel engine. And it mainly introduced the general principles of the upgraded dual-fuel engine, combustion and valve timing system, the gas storage tank and carburetor system, the gas fuel supply system, the gas fuel adjustment and mixture system, the engine body modification system, the control detection system, the safety protection as well as the engine room detection ventilation system and other key systems. With the research on the retrofit technology of a certain fishery administration ship, a technical scheme of diesel engine upgrade and transformation with high safety, high reliability, excellent automation and strong implementation was come up with in this paper, which can provide important reference for the upgrading and transforming design and use of energy-saving and environment-friendly power ships in the future.
