摘要
轮芯是BSC赛车的重要组成部分,对其操纵和行驶稳定性有着很大的影响,采用ANSYS软件对邢职车队所设计的BSC赛车后轮芯模型进行了受力分析、约束条件设置及网格划分,最终对其进行强度校核与分析,结果表明,采用航空铝材料所设计的后轮芯强度满足BSC赛车在越野路面下对其应力的要求。
The wheel core is an important part of the BSC racing car and it has a great influence on its handling and driving stability.The ANSYS software is used to carry out the force analysis, constraint setting and meshing of the rear wheel core model of the BSC racing car designed by Xingtai Professional Team, and finally the strength check and analysis are made. The results show that the strength of the rear wheel core designed by aviation aluminum material meets the requirements of BSC racing under the cross-country road.
