摘要
3D打印技术集中于让难以制造或者结构复杂的零件加工变得简易化。该技术集计算机、电气、光学及材料于一身的快速成型技术。首先对复杂的结构进行数学建模,然后用粘合度高的材料对结构进行层层堆积,最后形成整体结构。本文主要介绍3D打印技术的原理及、机械制造领域应用及局限性,旨在帮助更多有兴趣的人员对3D打印技术的认识。
3D printing technology focuses on simplifying the processing of parts that are difficult to manufacture or have complex structures. The technology combines computer, electrical, optical and materials in a rapid prototyping technology. First, the complex structure is mathematically modeled, and then the structure is layered with a highly adherent material to form a monolithic structure. This article mainly introduces the principle of 3D printing technology and its application and limitations in the field of mechanical manufacturing.It is designed to help more interested people understand the 3D printing technology.
