汽车发动机拆装与检测培训设备的设计研究

Design and Research of Training Equipment for Automobile Engine Disassembly and Inspection

针对汽车发动机拆装与检测培训中存在的问题,设计一套由发动机拆装实体平台、发动机起动控制系统平台、发动机拆装及检测工具车、发动机拆装零部件管理架以及APP培训课程系统组成的汽车发动机拆装与检测培训设备。该设备实现了实体平台和APP培训课程系统的软硬件有机结合,不仅降低了培训成本,也提高了培训效率和效果。

Aiming at the problems existing in automobile engine disassembly and testing training,a set of training equipment for automobile engine disassembly and testing is designed,which is composed of engine disassembly and assembly entity platform,engine starting control system platform,engine disassembly and testing tool vehicle,engine disassembly and assembly parts management frame and APP training course system.This equipment realizes the organic combination of hardware and software of entity platform and APP training course system,which not only reduces the training cost,but also improves the training efficiency and effect.
