本文将解释有关离心压缩机转子的机械跳动与电气跳动的关系,以及引起跳动的根本原因。同时介绍减轻跳动的常用方法和一些有关在制造过程中避免出现综合跳动值超差情况的建议。规范和进一步提高离心压缩机转子电气跳动质量和一次合格率。实际上跳动是无法完全避免的,就和公差的存在是一样的,但是它可以被很好的控制在一定范围之内。本文将结合实际应用、总结相关离心压缩机产品,做一个详尽的介绍。
This article will explain the relationship between mechanical runout and electrical runout of a centrifugal compressor rotor,and the root cause of the runout.At the same time,the common methods for reducing the runout and some suggestions for avoiding the situation of the comprehensive runout value in the manufacturing process are introduced,to standardize and further improve the electrical runout quality and primary pass rate of centrifugal compressor rotors.Actually,the runout cannot be completely avoided,and it is the same as the existence of the tolerance,but it can be well controlled within a certain range.This article will combine the practical application and summarize the relevant centrifugal compressor products to make a detailed introduction.
