面向综合实训的组合机床控制系统开发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 该组合机床控制系统根据职教20条精神,以前期的综合课程申报成果为依托,以模块化思想全面涵盖专业知识为目的,开发了多用途的综合实训装置。本文以组合机床通用部件动力滑台为例,首先设计了它的液压系统设计,其次结合液压系统实际需要设计相对应的电气控制原理图,然后以PLC改装电气线路图思想为依托,完成了PLC程序设计,最后进行组态设计。通过这个实例阐明系统设计的思想,论证了可实现性和可操作性。该实训装置不仅满足了教学改革的需求,与此同时也可作为"创客空间"的设备装置,为学生的创新创业教育助力,也为职业技能证书鉴定、职业技能竞赛、社会培训、真实的实践生产服务,从而实现专业知识、职业素养、技能操作的全覆盖。 The modular machine tool control system has developed a multi-purpose comprehensive training device based on the spirit of 20 courses of vocational education,relying on the results of the previous comprehensive course application,and comprehensively covering the professional knowledge with modularity.In this paper,the common part of the modular machine tool,the power sliding table is taken as an example.Firstly,its hydraulic system is designed.Secondly,the corresponding hydraulic control schematic diagram is designed according to the actual needs of the hydraulic system.Then,based on the idea of PLC modified electrical circuit diagram,the PLC programming is completed,and finally the configuration design is completed.Through this example,the idea of system design is clarified,and the achievability and operability are demonstrated.The training device not only satisfies the needs of teaching reform,but also serves as a device for"creator space",which is helpful for students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,as well as vocational skill certificate identification,vocational skill competition,social training,and real practice production,to achieve full coverage of professional knowledge,professionalism,and skill operations.
