摘要
用酵母替代部分鱼粉作为蛋白源 ,在水库网箱中养殖淡水白鲳 ,测定增重率及饵料系数。 40d的试验结果表明 ,1组(鱼粉 15 %、酵母 10 % )与 2组 (鱼粉 10 %、酵母 17% )间无显著差异 ,与 3组 (鱼粉 5 %、酵母 2 4% )及 4组 (鱼粉 0、酵母 3 1% )差异显著。结合考虑长势、成本等因素 ,在淡水白鲳饲料中酵母用量可增加到 17% ,而鱼粉可减少到 10 %。
With feed yeast replacing part of fishmeal as a protein source, freshwater orbfish were cultured in net cages placed in a reservoir to determine gaining ability and bait efficiency. The 40-day experiment showed that Group 1 (15% fishmeal and 10% yeast) was insignificantly different from Group 2 (10% fishmeal and 17% yeast), but significantly different from Group 3 (5% fishmeal and 24% yeast) and Group 4 (0% fishmeal and 31% yeast). With growth rate and cost taken into account, the use of yeast can be increased to 17%, and that of fishmeal reduced to 10% in feeds for freshwater orbfish.
