摘要
建立用流动注射——氢化物发生原子吸收法同时测定天然水中一丁基锡、二丁基锡、三丁基锡和四丁基锡化合物的方法。首先用NaBH4还原丁基锡化合物后冷凝富集、加热,氢化物根据沸点的不同依次解吸从而得到分离,由原子吸收法测定。本方法可测每升几十纳克(以锡计)的各种丁基锡化合物。
A method is established through which methylbutyltin, dibutyltin, tributyltin and tetrabutyltin compounds can be determined simultaneously by flow injectionhydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry in this text With this mothod, the butyltin compounds can be deoxidized by sodium borohydride firstly, after being condensated and heated up, the hydride compounds are separated with the way of deabsorption according to the different boiling points of them, then we can determinate them with atomic absorption spectrometry This method can also beused in determinating various butyltin compounds, with a concentration of several tens of nagram per litre (stannum is taken into accounting )
