摘要
介绍了基于KWP2000的发动机电控系统标定工具的设计,该设计分为通讯模块和标定模块的开发两部分,可实现控制器与PC机之间快速可靠的数据通信,以及标定数据的准确传递和科学管理,进而实现对电控发动机的离线和在线标定,目前正用于高压共轨式电控发动机GD-1的研发。
This paper introduced the design of calibration tools for electronic control system of engine. That was based onKeyword Protocol 2000 and included communication module and calibration module. It could carry out fast and reliabledata communication between ECU and PC, as well as precise delivery and efficient manage of calibration parameters, so itcould achieve off-line or online calibration for engine. It is being applied in development of high pressure common-railelectronic control engine GD-1.
