摘要
本文主要论述人工光型植物工厂和太阳光型植物工厂内空调技术的应用特征。首先讨论了人工光型植物工厂的主要构成要素、CO_2浓度、室内气温、饱和蒸汽压差等环境因子设定值与实际值之间的关系,室内降温负荷的影响要素,降温时热泵成绩系数与室外气温的关系。在太阳光型植物工厂方面,论述了室内气温、饱和蒸汽压差以及CO_2浓度的设定值的控制方法,同时对叶片附近蒸汽压差与气流速度的重要性,及室内加温、降温负荷的变化进行了总结。
Features of air conditioning technologies are described with respect to plant factory with artificial lighting(PFAL) and greenhouse(GH). Main components of PFAL, CO_2 concentration, air temperature and water vapor pressure deficit(VPD) in the PFAL are discussed. Cooling loads by components and the coefficient of performance of air conditioners for cooling as affected by outside air temperature are discussed. Set points and control methods of air temperature, VPD and CO_2 concentration in the greenhouse are explained. Importance of VPD and air current speed over leaves is emphasized. Yearly heating and cooling loads are discussed.
