摘要
黄河下游宽滩河段具有重要的滞洪沉沙作用,为了维护黄河下游河槽均衡稳定,治理"二级悬河",合理利用泥沙资源,开展了黄河下游宽滩河段泥沙均衡配置研究。提出了黄河下游宽滩河段泥沙均衡配置方法,通过黄河下游宽滩河段泥沙配置层次分析,确定泥沙配置目标和评价指标,分析了黄河下游宽滩河段泥沙均衡配置的配置方式、配置单元和配置能力,并建立了黄河下游宽滩河段泥沙均衡配置数学模型。
The wide beach reach in the Lower Yellow River plays an important role of flood detention and sediment siltation.The sediment allocation should be balanced for improvement of regime channel,alteration of 'secondary perched river' and rational utilization of sediment resources.Method is presented for sediment equilibrium allocation in wide beach reach of the Lower Yellow River.Analysis of analytic hierarchy process for sediment equilibrium allocation is introduced to determine the configuration target and evaluation index of sediment allocation.the configuration mode,configuration unit and configuration capacity are analyzed,and the mathematical model is established for sediment equilibrium allocation in wide beach reach of the Lower Yellow River.
