摘要
目的 :探讨内镜下尼龙圈套扎治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法 :在胃镜前端安装透明帽 ,使用尼龙圈从远到近逐一套扎曲张的食管静脉。结果 :38例中 37例套扎后止血成功 ,急诊止血率 97.4%( 37/38) ,静脉曲张消失率为 76 .4%。结论 :内镜下尼龙圈套扎治疗食管静脉曲张是一种安全、有效、经济、操作简单的治疗方法。
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of endoscopic therapy for esophageal variceal bleeding with nylon snares' ligation. Methods: A transparent cap was fixed in the front of gastroscopy, and then single nylon snares' ligation was used to ligate bleeding esophageal variceal.Results: Hemostasis was achieved with nylon snares' ligation in 37 cases (97.1% ) , the rate of variceal disappearence was 76.4%.Conclusions:The method with nylon snares' ligation for esophageal variceal bleeding is a safe, economical, effective and well tolerated method.
