摘要
在我国转型时期,经济人假设是处理经济关系的基本前提,合法利己是多数人的内在特质。处理利益主体之间关系的原则是在尊重人性的基础上,制定科学的游戏规则。企业的劳资关系、人际关系和公共关系的管理属于管理科学范围,其目的是不同利益主体之间的相容性;利益主体的付出与其收益相适应;任何利益主体的活动必须在法律和道德约束下进行;任何利益主体活动应有利于社会物质文明和精神文明的发展。文章提出了企业在新的时期应对三大关系的思路。
This paper begins with the analysis on the general concept of relation,and then proposes that during the transition of the society,the'economic people hypothesis'is the prerequisite of dealing with economic relations.The author suggests in this paper that to be legally egoistic is the majority ,s inherent specialty,and that the theme of pursuing interests is the key point of enterprises ,reformation.Further the author gives the idea that the labor-and-capital relationships,inter-personal relationships and public relations are within the limits of the science of management.Finally,the author provides his thoughts on how should enterprises in the new period deal with the three major relations mentioned above.
