摘要
传统的百货业态不能适应新时代消费者的要求,加上新型流通业态的发展和发达国家的新兴商业的渗透,陷入了前所未有的困境。本文认为,我国传统百货业应树立新理念,体现高品位、国际性、专业性、文化性特征;向现代化、科学化迈进和转变;同时要更新业态模式和经营方式,向不同层次发展;调整产权结构,走连锁经营开发道路,重塑再造传统百货。
Traditional department stores have fallen into dire straits,for they cannot meet requirements of consumers of modern time,and are challenged by new types of distribution and foreign distributing enterprises.To extricate from the difficult position,enterprises in the distribution field should take such measures as changing their traditional concepts of management and marketing,transforming the old form of business,and probing into the mode of chains operation.
