高效液相色谱法测定健肝乐冲剂中芍药苷的含量

Content Determination of Paconiflorin in Jianganle Granule by HPLC

目的 :建立用高效液相色谱法测定健肝乐冲剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :采用SpherisorbC18色谱柱 (15 0mm×4 .6mm ,10 μm) ,乙腈 水 (17∶83)为流动相 :紫外检测波长 2 30nm。 结果 :芍药苷的线性范围为 0 .10～ 0 .83μg ,(r =1.0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率为 99.9% ,RSD =0 .95 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速 ,结果准确。

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Jianganle granule.Method: A Spherisor C 18 column(150 mm× 4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of ethanol water (17∶83). The detecting wavelength was at 230 nm.Result: The linear range of Paeoniflorin was within 0.10 0.83 μg( r = 1.000 ). The average recovery was 99.9% , RSD was 0.95% ( n =5). Conclusion: The mothed simple, rapid and accurate.
