发挥药师在静脉药物配置中心的作用,促进合理用药

Development of Pharmacist's Role in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service

目的 :依托静脉药物配置中心工作平台 ,增强药师作用 ,促进合理用药 ,降低医疗费用。方法 :统计与分析静脉药物配置中心建立前后工作人员、卫生材料、药品的消耗情况。通过审核病区医嘱 ,纠正不合理用药。结果 :共审核医嘱 16 2 733份 ,发现不合理医嘱 36 7份 (0 .2 3% ) ,纠正 345份 (医嘱修改率 94 % ) ;静脉药物配置中心建立后降低医疗费用 6 184 5元 ,大输液的账物相符率达 99.4 6 %。结论 :静脉药物配置中心的建立 ,充分发挥了药师在合理用药中重要作用。

Objective: To utilize the facilities of pharmacy intravenous admixture service center, to strengthen the role of hospital pharmacist by facilitating rational use of drugs and reducing total medical cost.Methods: To analyze the consumption of preparation, material and medicine before and after implementing pharmacy intravenous admixture service center. The improper use of drugs were corrected by checking the prescription.Result: 162733 prescriptions were checked totally, 367 cases of which are improper, 345 cases of which were corrected(order correction rate: 94%). After the set up of pharmacy intravenous admixture service center, the medical expense was reduced in amount of 61845, and the according rate of account and matter of intravenous solution was improved to 99.46% . Conclusion: The pharmacists have developed fully a important role after practice of pharmacy intravenous admixture service center.
