米非司酮引产对脐血表皮生长因子的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的 :探讨米非司酮对胎儿脐血中表皮生长因子 ( EGF)含量的影响。方法 :选择 96例 1 6～ 2 2周妊娠要求引产的孕妇 ,随机分为两组 ,米非司酮组 ( 4 8例 )给予口服米非司酮 2 5 mg,每日 2次 ,共 3d,第 4天晨口服米索前列醇 60 0 μg。对照组 ( 4 8例 )给予水囊引产。两组均于胎儿娩出后立即抽取脐静脉血 3ml,用放射免疫法测定脐血 EGF含量。结果 :米非司酮组脐血 EGF含量低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :米非司酮可能通过抑制
