摘要
本文讨论了运用人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎中的操作和护理。经对 2 3例重型肝炎和顽固性淤胆型肝炎患者采用或不采用日本进口的型号为 KM- 880 0治疗仪进行血浆置换术和胆红素吸附术后效果的观察和分析 ,对血浆置换术、胆红素吸附术及活性炭吸附术的患者准备、物品准备、环境准备及工作人员准备等进行了讨论。本文还着重讨论了血浆置换术中的配合、操作步骤、术中病情观察、机器状态观察和化验指标的检测以及手术的患者的体位、饮食、休息、穿刺部位观察等护理工作。
This paper discussed the operation and nursing care in the treatment of hepatic failure with the Artificial Liver Support System (ALSS). After observation and analysis of the results on 23 cases of hepatic failure treated with or without plasma exchange or bilirubin adsorption on the KM 8800 ALSS imported from Japan, the preparations of patients, device, environment and operators before the operation have been discussed. The cooperation, operation procedure, observation on the condition of the patients and the instrument, detection of the biochemical index, and the nursing care and the observation after the operation on patients posture, diet, rest and punctured spot for the plasma exchange have specially been discussed.
