介绍了新显色剂3,5-二溴邻羟基萘基荧光酮的合成。详细研究了试剂与钼和溴化十六烷基三甲基铵的显色反应。此体系的摩尔吸光系数ε为1.33×10~5,配合物中 Mo(Ⅵ)与 DB-β-HNF 的摩尔比为1:2。Mo(Ⅵ)的含量在0~3.0μg/10 mL 范围内服从比耳定律。许多金属离子不干扰钼的测定。方法已用于钢铁中微量和痕量钼的水相直接光度测定,结果满意。
The synthesis of a new colour reagent 3,5dibromo-o-hydroxy-naphthylfluorone has been described,and the colour reaction of molybde-num with this reagent and CTAB has beeninvestigated.This reaction is highly sensitive andselective to molybdenum ions.The molar absorp-tivity of the complex is 1.33×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 525nm.Many metals do not interfere with thedetermination of molybdenum.The method hasbeen successfully applied to the direct determina-tion of molybdenum in steel alloys without sepa-ration.
