摘要
提出用钡-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ-铜(Ⅱ)-邻菲啰啉多元配合物的显色反应测定痕量钡的新方法。配合物的组成为 Ba(CPA Ⅲ)_2·[Cu(phen)_2]。。摩尔吸光系数达1.0×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。配合物的最大吸收波长是675 nm。钡量在0~25μg/50mL 符合比尔定律。已应用于氯化钠中痕量钡的测定,结果准确,再现性好。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of barium is proposed.It is basedon the colour reaction of the system of barium-chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ-copper(Ⅱ)-1,10-phenan-throline.The sensitivity of the method is very high.The molar absorptivity is 1.0×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The wavelength of maximum absorption is 675nm.Beer's law is obeyed up to 25μg of Ba.The method is simple,rapid,convenient andgives accurate and reproducible results when it isapplied to the determination of trace amounts ofBa in sodium chloride.
