摘要
实施参与性森林经营管理是我国农村经济改革20多年来在森林经营管理方面的重要举措,对加强森林资源保护、加快森林资源增长、促进林业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文概括总结了参与性森林经营管理的主要形式,分析了实施效果和影响因素,提出了实施中应注意的一些问题及建议。
It has been an important measure for forest management to implement participatory forest management (PFM) since the early 1980s,which is of great significance in strengthening forest protection,speeding up forest growth and accelerating forestry sustainable development.In this paper,therefore,different forms of PFM have been summarized,effects of practice and factors affecting PFM analyzed,and some problems which should be taken seriously in PFM and corresponding suggestion put forward.
