The forestland management is an important content in the protection of resources of present forest.It is very important to strengthen the study on forestland management because it is very necessary to deal with forestland development,utilization and protection correctly.This essay summarizes its important problems,analyzes its reasons and has put forward corresponding countermeasures based on the investigation of the forest land management.
